General conditions

These general conditions are part of the agreement for guest families.

1. Agence fee:

The agence fee ads up to
1 -   3 month  160,00 €
4 -   6 month  250,00 €
6 - 12 months 480,00 €
The indicated prices are incl. VAT.

The Agency gives a reduction of 10% for those families who already have booked an Au-pair with the Agency Babette Matheis. The reduction can only be given, if the Au-pair is booked over the Agency Babette Matheis within 3 month after the departure of the first Au-pair.

2. Day of maternity of the agency fee:

The Agency fee is mature immediatly after invoice.

3. Liability:

The Au-pair Agency Babette Matheis is not liable for anything after placement.
Difficulties which arise after placement due to human problems, the departure of the Au-pair ahead of schedule or other problems which disenable the harmonic being together are not in the reach of responsibility of the Agency Babette Matheis.
A refund of the agency fee is excluded.
The agency has no influence of the correctness of the Au-pairs statements, since these statements were given voluntary.There is no liability for the correctness of the Au-pair statements what so ever.
Theres is no liability of the agency for costs which occurre in correlation with a non placement.
